Day Camp

For youth with developmental disabilities and their siblings who reside full-time in Chautauqua County.

Through a collaboration with local agencies led by Prevention Works, Onyahsa will offer this day camp for youth with developmental disabilities and their siblings who reside full-time in Chautauqua County at no cost to parents.

Created by special educators and parents, Kids and Sibs strives to meet the needs of youth with varied abilities while providing special support, good coping mechanisms, confidence-building, and fun for them and their siblings. A full array of developmentally-appropriate activities is planned, and breakfast and lunch are included in the program.

The program is implemented by experienced direct support personnel, camp staff, and volunteers with Special education experience and credentials, in addition to a registered nurse.

For more information, email Laurie Reynolds at Prevention Works at laurie@preventionworks.us or call Prevention Works at (716) 664-3608.
